In a statement late Friday, the Los Angeles Superior Court officials said that Mel Gibson and Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva had reached an agreement after days of negotiation. They have been at odds for more than a year over financial and custody issues in Los Angeles court. Discussion about the financial terms would be done in Wednesday's hearing. The custody issue of the couple's infant daughter will be handled in closed session, the court announced. |
